TRAINING
THE DOOR TO OUR METHODOLOGY
You don’t have to marry us on the first date.
There are three ways to work with us, from least to most commitment. Start wherever you want — but start.
Briefing
You’re not going to blow a whole course budget without knowing us first? Fair enough. Start here.
A day, half a day, or less. In person or remote. No hands-on drills, no certificate, no commitment to anything else. We sit you down — you, your team, your company, your command staff, or whoever needs to be there — and tell you what’s really happening in the area of operations:
- Current operations: which SOPs actually work in Ukraine today and which are already worthless, real-time trends, the UAV threat by scenario (urban, open field, night operations…), and the state of C-UAV.
- Where this is heading: AI applied to UAVs, autonomous terminal guidance, the next generation of electronic warfare, and which capabilities you’ll need 3 to 5 years from now.
It’s the taster. And also the fastest way to get whoever signs the checks to listen… before someone else tells them first.
Custom Training
This is where your unit really changes.
Nothing off-the-shelf. We look at what you have and what you need, and we build the program.
From tactical, UAV/CUAV, and executive protection courses, we deliver battle-tested expertise—sourced directly from the operational environment—customized to meet your unit’s specific requirements, regulatory standards, and deployment context.
From basic to advanced, plus the command track: updating TTPs, building you a drone unit from scratch, or developing a train-the-trainer program.
Operational Currency
This one’s only for those who are serious.
A unit starts rusting the day the course ends.
What works today can be dead in three months, because the enemy changes the rules every month. This is what keeps your training alive while that happens:
- Regular briefings, refreshed every cycle with new material from the area of operations.
- TTP Refresh: written tactics updates as they change on the ground, plus a heads-up on what no longer works so you can drop it before it costs you dearly — not after.
- Sustainment: assessment of your people, remote support, and a direct line for questions with operators who are operating right now.
It’s not a more expensive course. It’s turning our continuous presence in Ukraine into a permanent advantage for you, instead of a snapshot that gets old. We offer it with every training program.
IMPORTANT
Since we don’t want to talk your ear off,
what follows is just the tip of the iceberg.
If you want to know more,
get in touch with us and request the full dossier.
P.S. It’s free.
Drones have changed the battlefield.
We didn’t see it in some video online.
They’ve been used against us.
Since 2022, we’ve been working alongside drone units in Ukraine.
That means access to the hardware and software being used this week.
Not last year’s.
We can build a unit from scratch,
or integrate that capability into an existing team that’s fallen behind.
Our training programs:
UAV pilot training
UAV and C-UAV for any military or law enforcement specialty
Building a drone unit from the ground up
Updating your SOPs based on what is happening right now in Ukraine
Train the trainers
Tactical shooting, CQB, VCQB, tactics, tracking…
The same fundamentals as always,
applied in current operational environments,
and done properly with no choreography for Instagram.
We adapt each module to your unit’s real role.
We build programs from scratch,
or add standalone modules to existing training.
All focused on addressing the gaps you already know you have.
Our training programs:
Tactical Tracking
CQB
VCQB
SUT
Open field tactics
Urban operations tactics
Basic and advanced shooting
Reconnaissance and infiltration
Operational planning and execution
Protecting someone is not about walking behind them wearing sunglasses and looking badass.
Training under international CPO/PSD standards,
for high-risk, permissive, and semi-permissive environments.
In our courses, every operator goes through every position in the team and rotates between them.
All of them.
Because the day the point man goes down,
someone has to be able to do his job without asking who’s taking over.
The theory and practical scenarios don’t come from a manual:
they come from things that have happened to us.
Our training programs:
Basic and advanced CPO/PSD course
Team creation and SOP development
Updating SOPs for established teams
Integration of new capabilities in protective operations
Adaptation to different operational environments
Planning, organization, setup, and coordination of teams
