Dentro de los conflictos internacionales activos en la actualidad se han destacado los siguientes acontecimientos durante el período 26/05/2025 – 01/06/2025:

África:

27/05/2025 – Nigeria (Benue):

• Hombres armados, presuntamente pastores fulani, atacan cuatro comunidades en el estado de Benue.

• Se registran al menos 42 muertos, incluyendo mujeres y niños.

• Los ataques se producen en el contexto del conflicto agrario entre comunidades agrícolas y ganaderas, que continúa sin resolución efectiva.

26/05/2025 – 01/06/2025 – Somalia (Shabelle e Hiran):

• Al-Shabaab lanza una ofensiva militar coordinada para retomar territorios en Middle Shabelle, Lower Shabelle y Hiran.

• Las fuerzas del gobierno somalí y aliados logran recuperar algunas localidades tras intensos combates.

• Se registran al menos 571 muertos, entre combatientes y civiles.

• La ofensiva refleja una recuperación táctica de la capacidad operativa del grupo yihadista.

26/05/2025–01/06/2025 – Malí (protestas en Bamako):

• Continúan las protestas contra el gobierno militar de Assimi Goïta, que disolvió todos los partidos políticos el 7 de mayo.

• Las manifestaciones, encabezadas por movimientos civiles y estudiantiles, exigen el restablecimiento del sistema democrático.

• Las fuerzas de seguridad dispersan protestas con uso de gases lacrimógenos y arrestos arbitrarios.

Asia:

26/05/2025–01/06/2025 – India / Pakistán:

• Se mantiene el alto el fuego declarado el 10 de mayo.

• Continúa la presencia militar reforzada a lo largo de la Línea de Control.

• Se registran vuelos de reconocimiento y movilización de tropas, sin choques reportados.

Europa:

31/05/2025 – Ucrania:

• Ucrania lanza su ataque con drones más extenso y profundo contra bases aéreas rusas, en una operación denominada “Tela de araña”.

• Son destruidos al menos 36 a 40 aviones, incluidos bombarderos Tu-95, Tu-22M3 y un avión A-50.

• Las bases atacadas se encuentran a más de 1.000 km del territorio ucraniano.

01/06/2025 – Ucrania:

• Las autoridades advierten sobre una inminente ofensiva rusa durante el verano.

• Las fuerzas rusas avanzan en regiones como Sumi, Donetsk y Dnipró.

• Zelenski solicita a los aliados más sistemas de defensa aérea y apoyo militar urgente.

Oriente Medio:

América Latina:

01/06/2025 – Colombia:

• Se confirma un incremento del 32% en los secuestros en comparación al año anterior.

• Se han denunciado 131 casos en los primeros cuatro meses de 2025, proyectando cerca de 400 al cierre del año.

• El repunte está vinculado al conflicto entre el ELN y las disidencias de las FARC-EP, especialmente en Catatumbo y Arauca.

• La presencia estatal en zonas rurales sigue siendo insuficiente.

Africa:

27/05/2025 – Nigeria (Benue):

• The attacks take place in the context of the agrarian conflict between agricultural and livestock communities, which continues without an effective resolution.

Latin America:

01/06/2025 – Colombia:

• A 32% increase in kidnappings compared to the previous year is confirmed.

• 131 cases have been reported in the first four months of 2025, projecting about 400 by the end of the year.
