Resumen ejecutivo:

 

Durante la semana del 8 al 14 de septiembre de 2025, los conflictos internacionales muestran una marcada intensificación militar y deterioro humanitario:

 

  • EnGaza y Oriente Medio, Israel amplía sus operaciones más allá de la Franja con ataques en Qatar, Yemen y Siria, mientras continúan los combates y la crisis humanitaria en Gaza.

 

  • EnUcrania, Rusia lanza el mayor ataque aéreo de la guerra y declara nuevas conquistas en el frente sureste, mientras drones rusos cruzan a Polonia, elevando el riesgo de choque con la OTAN.

 

  • EnAsia, el ejército de Myanmar bombardea escuelas en Rakhine con numerosas víctimas infantiles, y Pakistán registra duros combates contra el TTP en Waziristán y Bajaur.

 

  • EnÁfrica, Sudán sigue atrapado en una guerra prolongada, con miles de sanitarios atacados, millones de niños fuera de la escuela y rechazo del gobierno a un nuevo plan de paz internacional.

 

  • EnAmérica Latina, persisten tensiones y violencia, aunque sin hechos destacados de gran escala en esta semana.

 

La tendencia global confirma un escenario de regionalización de conflictos, erosión del derecho internacional humanitario y creciente internacionalización militar.

 

 

Dentro de los conflictos internacionales activos en la actualidad se han destacado los siguientes acontecimientos durante el período 08/09/2025 – 14/09/2025:

África:

12/09/2025 – Sudán (General):

  • Se documentan625 ataques contra el sistema sanitario desde el inicio de la guerra; 159 trabajadores sanitarios han muerto y 77 han sido arrestados, la mayoría por la RSF. Más del 75 % de los niños en edad escolar están fuera de la escuela (13 millones de 17 millones), con un 55 % de centros educativos cerrados u ocupados por desplazados.

 

13-14/09/2025 – Sudán (Proceso de paz):

  • UU., Egipto, Arabia Saudí y Emiratos presentan un plan que propone tres meses de alto el fuego humanitario y transición civil en nueve meses. Elgobierno sudanés rechaza el plan, alegando que vulnera la soberanía nacional y reafirmando su rol exclusivo en la transición.

 

Europa:

11-12/09/2025 – Ucrania:

  • Rusia ejecuta elmayor ataque aéreo de la guerra, con centenares de drones y misiles golpeando Kiev y varias ciudades; un edificio gubernamental queda destruido. Ucrania considera limitar redes móviles para reducir la efectividad de drones rusos.

Executive summary:

 

During the week of September 8-14, 2025, international conflicts show a marked military intensification and humanitarian deterioration:

 

  • In Gaza and the Middle East, Israel expands its operations beyond the Strip with strikes in Qatar, Yemen and Syria, as fighting and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza continue.

 

  • In Ukraine, Russia launches the largest air strike of the war and declares new conquests on the southeastern front, while Russian drones cross into Poland, raising the risk of a clash with NATO.

 

  • In Asia, the Myanmar army bombs schools in Rakhine, killing many children, and Pakistan is fighting heavily against the TTP in Waziristan and Bajaur.

 

  • In Africa, Sudan remains trapped in a protracted war, with thousands of health workers attacked, millions of children out of school and the government’s rejection of a new international peace plan.

 

  • In Latin America, tensions and violence persist, although without large-scale major events this week.

 

The global trend confirms a scenario of regionalization of conflicts, erosion of international humanitarian law and growing military internationalization.

Africa:

12/09/2025 – Sudan (General):
