Dentro de los conflictos internacionales activos en la actualidad se han destacado los siguientes acontecimientos durante el período 07/07/2025 – 13/07/2025:

África:

Sudán

  12/07/2025 – Nacional:

o   El conflicto cumple su segundo año con más de 10 millones de desplazados internos.

o   Colapso casi total de los servicios básicos: salud, agua potable, educación y saneamiento.

o   La ONU alerta sobre un riesgo de hambruna masiva en Darfur y el Kordofán Sur.

Somalia

Durante el período – Regiones de Shabelle y Gedo:

o   Continúa la ofensiva de Al-Shabaab iniciada en febrero.

o   Se estima más de 700 muertos, cientos de heridos y cientos de prisioneros desde el inicio del año.

o   El gobierno federal, con apoyo de tropas de la ATMIS, recupera algunas localidades.

República Democrática del Congo

Durante el período – Kivu del Norte y Sur:

o   Se mantiene la calma tras el acuerdo del 30 de junio entre el gobierno y Ruanda sobre el conflicto del M23.

o   Tropas congoleñas y de la MONUSCO realizan patrullas conjuntas.

o   Líderes locales advierten sobre una posible reactivación de ataques si no se cumplen los compromisos.

Asia:

Myanmar (Estado de Rakhine)

Durante la semana – Kyaukphyu y Maungdaw:

• La Arakan Army lanza nuevos ataques contra posiciones de la junta.

• Se reportan combates cuerpo a cuerpo y bombardeos aéreos por parte del ejército birmano.

• Al menos 45 muertos confirmados, incluyendo 12 civiles.
